Construction Ireland – Presentation by Mike Jones, Business Development Director of IBM Contractors

The BLCC in Ireland was honoured to have Mike Jones, Business Development Director of IBM Contractors as our guest speaker recently. The event was held in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Stillorgan on the 1st of November 2018. Mike outlined a very interesting and informative presentation on “Construction in Ireland”. It covered some of the major projects that BAM has been involved in over the years. From highways to spectacular Bridges, Impressive Buildings like the Microsoft new offices in Leopardstown and the long-anticipated €1 billion new Children’s Hospital under construction on the campus of St James Hospital Dublin 8. BAM Contractors are a global company which are going from strength to strength and have sustainability, equality, and corporate social responsibility as part of their ethos and approach for continued success into the future. Afterward, everyone enjoyed a reception and networking opportunity before the conclusion of yet another successful event for the chamber.
