Choreographer of the Year
ANNE TERESA DE KEERSMAEKER NAMED CHOREOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR
Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker has been named Choreographer of the Year. The Belgian choreographer received this recognition from the leading German magazine Tanz, as a reward for her successful year.
42 international dance critics award the title to Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker for her sensational performances in the past year, including: Die Weise von Liebe und Tod des Cornets Christophe Rilke and Work/Travail/arbeid, an exhibition project that was performed in the Centre Pompidou in Paris and in theTate Modern in London.Besides, her repertoire performance Bartók/Beethoven/Schönberg was danced by the Paris Opera Ballet.
